My parents were Restauranteurs as well as Residential & Commercial Real Estate Developers in Ft. Lauderdale Florida & I grew up learning the family businesses.
After attending Florida State University majoring in Hotel & Restaurant Management I spent 12 years in the restaurant business in the Ft. Lauderdale area.
After getting married & starting a family I sold my restaurants & subsequently started a new career with Texaco Oil Company. After 15 years in the Corporate World I took an early retirement and moved to Boone, NC where I had built a vacation home. While living in Boone I was offered the position of General Manager/Sales Vice President at a Resort Development. Seeing the real estate opportunities in the High Country I bought a real estate company in Boone which I later sold & joined Century 21 Elliott Properties as a Residential & Commercial Appraiser & Sales Associate. I was with Century 21 for 25 years and was the companies Top Producer & Agent of the Year for more than 20 of those years. Always looking for a better opportunity I discovered the Keller Williams Real Estate business model & after attending just one Keller Williams Family Reunion I joined the Keller Williams Family. Shortly after attending Keller Williams I entered into a partnership that opened the ‘Keller Williams High Country’ real estate office presently located at 643 Greenway Rd, Boone, NC 28607, the home of Appalachian State University.

Glen has been a local business owner for over twenty years as the President of Winebarger Motors, Inc. He prides himself on matching his customers with their work and leisure needs. Prior to working as an auto dealer, he worked with Blue Ridge Electric Membership Corporation (BREMCO) for eighteen years. He served in a variety of positions that included supervising construction crews, coordinating daily assignments, and addressing a wide variety of customer service issues.
As a High Country native and a graduate of Appalachian State University, Glen has considerable knowledge of the area, its challenges, and its potential. He started his career in real estate in early 2017 with a passion and skill set to put deals together and problem solving to serve the business community and the local economy.

Todd Kight - Owner
Kight has over 30 years of commercial and residential experience.
Starting his career in the commercial arena as a planning and design coordinator for JCPenney. The training and structure of that environment for 18 years proved very helpful for a launch into a residential career with Keller Williams Realty in 2004.
During the last 13 years with the company he managed one of the largest offices in this region with more than 200 agents.
When KW Commercial was launched Kight was on the first advisory board and recruited the largest commercial group at that time in the state.
He has since helped open 3 other successful KW offices, one of which is the KW Boone office. Open for 6 years and has been the number one office in transactions and agent count for the last 3 years.
